We provide binding minimum-and-maximum quotes based on a random sample of the text and of course, the length of the text and the type of support required. We give a minimum-and-maximum quote to allow for the quirks of each individual job: in our experience this provides everyone with peace of mind during the process.
To receive a minimum-and-maximum price quote, please email us directly at asecondpen@gmail.com. Please include a precise description of the material and the service required, as well as the best possible estimate of the required timeframe – when would we receive the material, and when must the completed work be returned to you?
Also, please attach a sample of the material. This should be 5-15% of the total material involved, and should include a section/page from the beginning, middle and end of the piece, or from each element of the project (as in the case of materials accompanying an exhibition). For the sake of discretion, please send your text without the title of the project.
Please also note that as a small EU company registered in Estonia, we are currently permitted to operate without a VAT number and are exempt from the obligation to charge VAT under EU regulations. This means that all our services are charged VAT-free.
